A simple checklist for days when I’m feeling overwhelmed

  1. Did you sleep enough?
  2. Did you drink enough water?
  3. Are you eating right?
  4. Are you working out regularly?
  5. Are you journaling every day?
  6. Are you spending time with your family?
  7. Have you talked with your friends?

Most of the time, it’s the simplest things in life that have the biggest impact.
